If you need a real estate agent, I'd like to recommend Alice Defronzo. Alice has assisted me in two home purchases and the sale of one. While shopping for the first one, I hit the wall of frustration. Was there a home that met my needs and wants or was I being too picky? After quite some time, I was ready to make an offer on a home I was viewing but Alice sensed that I was settling. While most agents would stop showing and write a contract, Alice insisted that I see another one that she had found. Within 30 seconds of entering the next home, I was sold. This was what I really wanted. We both felt good about this purchase. This was not a large sale and yet she gave me all the time I needed as though it was.
Several years later, I remarried. It was now time to shop for a new home, this time much larger. I contacted Alice and off we went. Again this was an extended search..... She was looking out for our best interest. After much time had passed, we found a lovely home with appreciation potential, great schools for my wife's two girls and met all of our needs and wants.
We appreciated Alice's reinforcement of our thoughts and her suggestions of things to consider. We trusted her judgment and taste and took many of her suggestions. They were very valuable.
Now if you think buying is traumatic, selling is even worse. My castle was now going to be sold. Alice prepared me for the market. After all I loved that home and certainly everyone else would too. She also suggested updating the home. Being a guy, I know very little about that. So of course I tried it my way. I folded in two weeks and said ok Alice what do I do? Thanks to her contacts we updated the home with quality and a reasonable budget. She was invaluable in selecting colors and all the things we (she) did. She spent considerable time and effort for which I can never repay. If you didn't know better, you would have sworn it was her house she was preparing for sale. Well the house came out great and then it happened. The offer. Well we worked out the kinks and I just sat back and let her deal with all of the issues and took her advice. I appreciated that she understood that this was a tough decision to make. She dealt with the problems that came up discussing her plan with me and then worked them all out. Again this was not a large sale but given the time she spent on all of the details, you would never know it.
My story is not particularly interesting but I hoped you picked up my point in all of this. Alice cares and it shows. When you run across someone like that, I believe you should let people know. So again if you need a real estate agent, I recommend Alice Defronzo. Yes, I am a real client of hers and she knows how to contact me if you need verification.

I must tell you what a wonderful individual you have in Alice, I have bought & sold numerous houses, both here in the US & in England & NEVER have I had the service, detail, thoughtfulness and caring that both my wife & myself have been given by her.
She is a credit to the real estate business & your company, she has gone beyond merely finding us a new home, we cannot give her enough praise. We intend to install a swimming pool in the near future, Alice even went as far as to go to the city to make sure this was within city guidelines.
Alice is without exception the best realtor I have ever dealt with, my only regret is that she could not represent us with our sale in California.
